Direct-to-Consumer Co-ordinator

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience working in a highly efficient direct to consumer business environment executing consumer orders and engagement.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the Direct-to-Consumer Manager to support sales growth directly to end consumer and executing strategies into commercial deliverables, managing and tracking the delivery of technical enhancements with the development team – site enhancements, improvements, and website issue resolution through working closely with internal teams, answering basic customer enquiries, providing product information where required, doing cost proposals & quotes to clients, managing courier bookings, email tracking information to customers/enter on system, tracking orders, and updating products/stock levels.

We are looking for a highly dedicated and passionate Digital Brand Manager to join our Wine Marketing Team.
Key responsibilities include strategically planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media communication plans; growing our premium digital presence through paid media, PR and influencer marketing initiatives; measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on these insights; presenting new and creative digital and brand growth strategies and driving proactive engagement opportunities online alongside Social Media Intern and Consumer Experience Team.
