Kanonkop

Established - 1973

The name Kanonkop is derived from a hillock (kop) on the Simonsberg mountain above the wine estate from where, during the 17th and 18th centuries, a cannon (kanon) was fired to announce the arrival of sailing ships entering Table Bay. The roar of the cannon would be the signal to local farmers, who were waiting to make the 50-kilometer journey to the harbour, to load up their wagons with fresh fruit and vegetables to barter their produce.

Steenberg

Established - 1682

The Cape’s first registered farm established in 1682, Steenberg is a haven of tranquility steeped in heritage just 30 minutes from the bustling heart of Cape Town.  Located in the idyllic cool-climate Constantia Valley, Steenberg produces some of the finest Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cap Classique in South Africa, along with other celebrated wines. Jagermeister

Established - 1942

Each bottle of Jägermeister is produced from the original recipe first invented by Curt Mast over 80 years ago. 56 botanicals (including herbs, blossoms, roots and fruits) are collected to create this elixir composed of five head notes: bitter, sweet, citrusy, herbal and spicy. The unique Jägermeister base is stored in oak barrels for a minimum of nine months before dosage and filtration can begin. The finished product in the iconic green bottle is the result of a process that takes over 365 days – from the collection of the herbs to enjoying the perfect ice-cold shot with a group of friends.

Bombay Sapphire

Established - 1942

Bombay Sapphire are passionate about producing the finest gin possible, which is why the creation of Bombay Sapphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process.

Bacardi

As rum is made, flavour notes may develop that are dominant and unwanted. So Don Facundo Bacardí Massó created a filtration process with a secret mix of charcoals made from tropical woods and coconut shells. These natural filters removed only the rogue notes allowing a whole new world of subtler, more elegant flavours to shine through. This secret combination of charcoals is still used today and known only to the Maestros de Ron Bacardí.

Martini

William Lawson's

William Lawson never cared much about what Scotch was ‘supposed’ to be like. It was always about the flavour. We put it with malts and grain whiskies that hold their own (we don’t do dainty) and steer clear of smoky malts that would cloud the fruit. It means the flavours stay big and bold. Great Scotch. No rules.

Patrón

 Our time intensive process is about ensuring all Dewar’s Blended Scotch Whisky is as smooth as it possibly can be. For nearly 150 years, our seven Master Blenders have pioneered, evolved and refined the double ageing process. SIMPLY PUT, WE AGE, WE BLEND, WE AGE AGAIN. By creating our whisky in this way we ensure that all the flavours from the component parts are given time to intertwine together. Forging a harmonious, well-balanced blended scotch whisky that is ridiculously smooth.
